About the event
The Foundations of Horsemanship Camp is designed for young riders who are new to horses or ready to build a stronger, more confident foundation. This three-day, half-day camp focuses on safety, understanding the horse, and developing correct riding habits in a calm, encouraging environment.
Campers will learn how to properly groom, tack, and handle horses while developing balance, steering, and confidence in the saddle. Each day builds on the last, allowing campers to feel real progress by the end of the camp.
This camp is ideal for first-time campers, newer riders, or those looking to solidify the basics before moving on to more advanced riding.
Last day will be a fun little horse show with ribbons as prizes!
